The Cure are an English rock band formed in Crawley, West Sussex in 1976. The band has experienced several line-up changes, with vocalist, guitarist and principal songwriter Robert Smith being the only constant member. Other members have been Lol Tolhurst drums and keyboards, Simon Gallup bass guitar, Reeves Gabrels guitar, Michael Dempsey bass guitar, Porl Thompson guitar, Perry Bamonte guitar and Phil Thornalley bass guitar.
“The Walk” is a song by English rock band The Cure, released as a stand-alone single in June 1983. It later appeared on the compilation album Japanese Whispers.
