Prince Rogers Nelson (June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016), known by his stage name Prince, was an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and actor. He had a varied musical career and some of his better known songs were “Purple Rain”, “Kiss”, “Sign O’ The Times” and “Sexy MF”.
Parade is the eighth studio album by American recording artist Prince, and the fourth and final album to feature The Revolution as his backing band. It also was the soundtrack album to the 1986 film Under the Cherry Moon, directed by and starring Prince. It was released on March 31, 1986 by Paisley Park Records and Warner Bros. Records.
