Roxy Music are an English art rock band formed in 1971 by Bryan Ferry (vocals), Graham Simpson (bass), Phil Manzanera (guitar), Andy Mackay (saxophone and oboe) and Paul Thompson (drums and percussion) & Brian Eno (synthesiser and “treatments”)
Viva! Roxy Music was the first live Roxy Music album. It was released in August 1976 and was recorded at three venues over a period of three years (1973-1975). The recordings were from the band’s shows at the Apollo in Glasgow in November 1973, City Hall at Newcastle in October 1974 and the Wembley Arena in October 1975.
