Supertramp are an English rock band formed in London in 1969. The band were originally described as Prog Rock but moved into a more Pop Rock area as they progressed. The main songwriters were founders Rick Davies and Roger Hodgson.
Breakfast in America is the sixth album by British rock band Supertramp, released on 29 March 1979 by A&M Records. It was recorded in 1978 at the Village Recorder in Los Angeles. It featured the hit singles: “The Logical Song”, “Goodbye Stranger, “Breakfast in America”, and “Take the Long Way Home”.
