(there are some surface marks visible on the vinyl which do give pops/crackles (mainly heard in-between tracks) but sound quality is excellent overall)
The Cure are an English rock band formed in Crawley, West Sussex in 1976. The band has experienced several line-up changes, with vocalist, guitarist and principal songwriter Robert Smith being the only constant member. Other members have been Lol Tolhurst drums and keyboards, Simon Gallup bass guitar, Reeves Gabrels guitar, Michael Dempsey bass guitar, Porl Thompson guitar, Perry Bamonte guitar and Phil Thornalley bass guitar.
The Top is the fifth studio album by British band The Cure, released in 1984.
