The Stranglers are an English rock band who emerged via the punk rock scene. The original line up was Hugh Cornwell (vocals, guitar), Jean-Jacques Brunel (bass, vocals), Dave Greenfield (keyboards) and Jet Black (drums).
“96 Tears” is a song recorded by the American garage rock band ? and the Mysterians in 1966. This version was recorded by The Stranglers and released in 1990 and taken from their final album with Hugh Cornwell, 10.
