Pink Floyd were an English rock band formed in London in 1965. The original line-up was Syd Barrett on guitar and lead vocals, Nick Mason on drums, Roger Waters on bass and vocals, and Richard Wright on keyboards and vocals. Barrett was later replaced by Dave Gilmour.
A Momentary Lapse of Reason is the thirteenth studio album by the English progressive rock group Pink Floyd and was released in 1987. This was the first album without Roger Waters and consisted of David Gilmour, Nick Mason and Rick Wright.
