Stanley Getz (February 2, 1927 – June 6, 1991) was an American jazz saxophonist of Jewish origin. 

Gerald Joseph Mulligan (April 6, 1927 – January 20, 1996), also known as Jeru, was an American jazz saxophonist, clarinetist, composer and arranger.

Gerry Mulligan Meets Stan Getz (also released as Getz Meets Mulligan in Hi-Fi) is an album by American jazz saxophonists Gerry Mulligan and Stan Getz featuring performances recorded in 1957 released on the Verve label.
