The Alarm are an alternative rock/new wave band that formed in Rhyl, North Wales, in 1981. Initially formed as a punk band “The Toilets” under lead singer Mike Peters, they later became The Alarm. At their height the line up was Mike Peters (vocals, guitar), Eddie Macdonald (bass), Dave Sharp (guitar) and Nigel Twist (drums).

“Knife Edge” is a song by Welsh rock band the Alarm that was released as a single in 1986 and appeared on the group’s second album Strength.
